For a while, I have been receiving personal training from Jordi and it was great! He is unique, personal and has an enormous positive vibe. I am a yoga teacher and his holistic way of coaching aligns with my yoga background, very nice! He looks at the overall picture and takes into account all the pillars that have an effect on your fitness and health. All these pillars were included in my personal programme. He loves his job, which I noticed especially when he did not know something directly, then he (to the smallest detail) would research it and come back with multiple options. A true devotee in the most positive sense of the word!
As a busy owner of a company I can say that personal trainer Marciano Felixdaal is a great asset to my fitness routine. His kickboxing elements provide a challenging and thorough training.
Training hard and pushing my limits was never a problem, but since giving birth to my daughter, my back and hip have been injured time and time again. Unfortunately also under the guidance of my previous Personal Trainers. I needed someone to help me get to know my own body; to find the right execution and balance. Jordi is a very skilled trainer, who taught me to go back to basics. You can only train hard and heavy if your foundation is solid.
Before starting personal training with Jordi, I had lost weight on my own before, but always using the "quick-fix" and "all-or-nothing" methods which never lasted. I kept yo-yoing in weight and my goal was to lose it for good this time.

I am very satisfied with my personal trainer Marciano. He always coaches me with a nice positive energy and that means that I always enjoy going to my training sessions. What particularly appeals to me is that he also combines his training with boxing lessons, which is a huge motivation for me.
Things changed over the last two years (pregnancy & heavy surgery). I needed a specialized trainer but everyone found it "risky" or too early Which put me in doubt if I would ever go back into my old shape. So I called Kenan and he was most confident he could help me. He gave me the trust I needed and most importantly, my heart and lung capacity enlarge by far, so that the hospital doctors were impressed with my progress in such a short time.

I started training at TLC 9 months ago. I had been exercising in gyms and attending group classes for years, but I wasn't seeing any physical changes in myself, so I decided to try personal training. I was matched with Alline and immediately felt comfortable with her. My goals were to gain weight, build muscle, and have more defined abs and glutes. With Alline's help, I have already achieved these goals! She is incredibly invested in my progress and pushes me to be my best during our sessions. I feel much healthier and more confident.
Alline designed an exercise program to get me to my desired goals and provided me with daily guidelines for a healthier and more active lifestyle. She is always available for questions and support - if it is for daily tips or to help me adjust my program while I am on vacation or on a business trip. For me, she is the perfect match as she is friendly and relatable but at the same time motivating and firm enough to keep me on target.
Working with Jordi goes much further than an hour in the gym. His holistic approach ensures that I have become stronger and fitter both physically and mentally. Jordi is more than just a trainer and also helps me to optimize my nutrition, sleep and recovery. He has so much valuable knowledge and experience. In a year, I have learned and achieved more than ever before.
At the beginning of 2020, I felt that something in me had to change and set the goal of refining my physique. Jordi's smart empathetic questions and the security he provides made an even deeper wish known. In 6 months we worked towards a wonderful result that brought me to an even greater quality of life than working on my physique.
I’ve known Kenan since ’08 and had trained with him before. So when TLC came up with an online program in September 2020, I was eager to join. I’ve always been working out but achieved little result until I started following the Thriving Life Club program. My body and mind transformed and I’ve never received so many compliments. Since then I’m thriving in life!
Kenan started by changing my habits and routines which made that I accomplished sustainable change and results. By keeping it real and really being interested in me as a person he came up with a tailor made plan that works for me.
I am not a gym type of person. I had the idea I would not like the vibe or scene. But the people I meet in the gym all have the same goal and we all get a long.
I was not sure whether I could handle a dedicated training program. But once I started Kenan gave me the trust I needed. Through his expert coaching I started to feel more confident about my own abilities. He taught me that it is within my own reach to become a better version of myself. Now I can say I definitely am!
I’m not going to lie. I do not like training. But somehow Arthur makes every session session fun for me (no training session is the same). I come out tired, but energised by the experience. From the start he was interested in getting to know me better in order to understand what needed to be done to achieve my goal in training.
Training with Arthur has really given me the boost I need to achieve my goals. I can see the real benefit of these tailored sessions.
We focus on the areas that I want, with Arthur making sure it achieves the results I am looking for. Its a great combination of being challenged to achieve my maximum but also recognizing and adjusting where I have limits. Either way, it’s always fun!
Thanks to Arthur's help, I was finally able to make training a routine and begin to enjoy it. His coaching style is very inspirational, he is always attentive to details and is always ready to adopt the exercise scheme to my current state. I wish I had met him earlier in my life!
