    Whether it’s through coaching, training or being a supportive ally, I derive immense satisfaction from being a trigger in my clients journey towards a healthier and happier lifestyle.

    Arthur brings a unique set of skills and experiences to his role as a personal trainer. With a background in a variety of sports, including field hockey, windsurfing, snowboarding, he has a broad understanding of physical fitness and how to maintain an active lifestyle. As a trainer, he has demonstrated his ability to teach others and make physical activity fun and accessible.

    His commitment to continuous learning and professional growth is reflected in his dedication to the personal training industry. He has a passion for helping others and uses his expertise to create customized programs that meet the individual needs and goals of each client. Arthur’s ability to assess and adjust exercises, recognize potential injuries, and provide encouragement and feedback, sets him apart as a skilled and caring personal trainer.

    In his free time, Arthur enjoys taking long walks in the forest and on the beach with his dog and girlfriend. He leads an active and fulfilling life, and shares his passion for fitness and well-being with his clients, helping them to achieve their own personal best.

    During this training Arthur learned a gradual approach that is sustainable, meaningful and inspiring. The focus is mainly on healthy nutrition, psychology, applied physiology, stress management and sleep performance.
    MILO certified personal trainer (EQF Level 4)
    MILO Arthur has completed MILO Personal Training and is now a certified personal trainer (EQF Level 4). During his education, he has gained physical training expertise and received in-depth lessons on programming, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching. This has equipped him with a holistic approach to coaching.
    CIOS Haarlem
    At CIOS Haarlem, Arthur was educated in teaching people about sports and physical activity. He also helped to organize events that focused on healthy lifestyles, such as sports recovery, dealing with illness or accidents, and how to use free time for sport activities.
